DMD202A is a high-performance but not expensive microstepping drive based on the most advanced technology in the world today. It is suitable for driving any 2-phase and 4-phase hybrid stepper motors. By using advanced bipolar constant-current chopping technique, it can output more speed and power from the same motor,compared with traditional technologies such as L/R drives. DMD202A is featured with compact structure, low vibration, low noise and high precision. Its patented current control technology allows coil currents to be accurately control, with much less current ripple and motor heating than other drives in the market.
The output current and microstep resolution can be customized (Current can be up to 1.7A, Microstep resolution can be up to 256 Microsteps/Step).
